Payment by Paypal and major credit cards are accepted.

Internet Banking transfer is preferred. Please email your transaction proof to sales@vibe.com.sg and we will confirm your order within 2 hours upon receiving your completed transaction notification.

(2) Shipping

Each local order has a $4 flat rate. Should your order exceed the capacity of our container, we will get in touch with you via email.

 

Within Singapore, you will receive your order within 5 business days after payment has been completed.

International orders are a flat SGD $15, will take from 7 to 14 business days with air freight via Singpost.com.

Self collection is free at our Vibe Outlet store. Uncollected orders will expire in 30 days with no refunds given.

(3) Tracking 

​

Tracking numbers will be assigned to each order. Track it via Singpost.com.

 

Note: We use SmartPac for shipping, and they have a known issue of only updating their system after 3 days. Please contact us at sales@vibe.com.sg if you have not received your parcel after 5 days. Remember to check your mailbox, as SmartPac delivers to mailbox instead of door to door.
