  • How do I place an order?

    ​

    • Select the items and add to cart

    • To complete the ordering process, check out to confirm your orders and select shipping option

    • Make payment via PayPal, banking transfers or credit card

    • Final invoice will be sent to you through your email

    • If you would like to access Members Only pages, please sign up for an account and login

  • What are the sources for the products?

    Majority of our products are from USA, but from time to time we travel and lug back luggage full of goodies ourselves.

  • Do your prices include mailing charges?

    No, our prices do not include local mail charges. Registered mail (SmartPac) will require an additional $4. Self collection is free.

  • Will I be able to self collect?

    Yes. Upon checking out, you can select the self collection option instead of mail. Collection will be @ China Square Central #02-27.

  • Can I order items that are out of stock?

    We cannot guarantee that we will be able to restock those items, but we will try our best.

  • If my order consists of a mixture of in stock items and pre order items, can I have those in stocks to be sent to me first?

    Yes, the items in stock will be sent to you first by default, unless otherwise advised.

  • How long do I have to wait for my pre-orders and how will I be informed of the shipment arrival?

    Typically shipment takes about 3 weeks to a month. You will be notified via email when your pre ordered items have been sent out.

  • Can I reserve this item and pick it up from the store?

    We do not accept reservations; only paid orders will be processed.

  • Do you provide bubble wrap?

    All items which require extra protection will be mailed with bubble wrap.

  • An item broke during transit, can you replace it?

    Sorry for the unpleasant experience. Please be assured that we have taken the best measures to package your order. However, no replacements will be made for this instance. We thank you for your utmost understanding.

  • Does Vibe Outlet provide delivery services?

    Delivery services will be outsourced to a local courier service and charges will be advised accordingly, depending on the location.

  • Can I request for your wholesale price list?

    We are willing to make provisions for discounts if you meet a minimum purchase requirement. For more information, please email sales@vibe.com.sg.

  • Why are the packaging, care cards and price tags removed for some of the products?

    Most outlet stores where we get our stock from do not provide any of the above. We sell our products "as is" from the store.

  • Why is my order cancelled?

     Every order will be held for 48 hours while awaiting for bank payment, after which will be automatically cancelled.
